Lost near Istanbul University, An interesting place to be lost

Here we are close to the gates of Istanbul University. We ended up there after we took a taxi from Eminönü pier and due to some sort of confusion we ended up very far from our hotel. You can tell a lot from Luis' expression in one of the photos the turn that things took for a little while after that. ("This isn't the time for taking pictures of cats." (A matter of opinion.) Some friendly fruit and vegetable sellers pointed us in the right direction. One man with a table covered in fresh green grapes and skin softened to the texture of a raisin went out of his way to direct us, he and the other salesmen examined our maps very thoroughly and as well meaning as they were I had my doubts of their being much help, since they spoke no English and we of course spoke no Turkish. In the end he pointed and repeated "Sultanahmet, Sultanahmet!" and we pulled our suitcases onward...before we reached our hotel we saw many of the sights we had hoped to see under more rested and suitcaseless circumstances. We even pulled our suitcases through the edge of the Grand Bazaar and through the Book Bazaar where I unfortunately rolled my suitcase over someone's foot.
